Dissolve the sugar and the vanilla in lukewarm milk (in a container).\r\n5. Sift the flour in the mixer pot.\r\n6. Mix the yeast solution through the flour (in the mixer pot).\r\n7. Split the egg whites from the yolks.\r\n8. Mix the egg yolks through the flour (in the mixer pot) until you get a nice, smooth batter without lumps.\r\n9. Whisk the egg whites until stiff, foamy, glossy peaks form (in a container).\r\n10. Mix the butter solution through the batter (in the mixer pot).\r\n11.
