"map_content": "Layer 2 means transactions inside blocks. A layer is not magic dust sprinkled outside the system.\r\nIf it is actually Layer 2, it must resolve through script and settle on-chain. That means it requires transaction capacity. In plain English: bigger blocks.\r\nLightning is not some profound scaling answer. It is a protocol gateway bolted around BTC, with its own routing assumptions and liquidity constraints. It is not Bitcoin scaling.
