  "map_content": "There was a time\u2014ill-advised, monomaniacal, and utterly indefensible in retrospect\u2014when I decided to measure the outer limits of my own endurance. I enrolled in twenty degrees simultaneously. Two were undergraduate; the other eighteen were postgraduate, including a few doctorates for good measure. This is neither embellishment nor theatrical bravado. I completed them. I survived them. And I would never repeat that experiment again. It exacted a toll on my marriage that no sane man should impose, distorted the cadence of my life, and forced me to juggle full-time work, study, writing, and patents in a grotesque carnival of self-inflicted pressure.  But the residue of that period remained: the proof that the mind, when trained relentlessly, obeys. It grows. It strengthens. It expands its capacity the way a muscle does under duress. So I write every day\u2014not to impress anyone, not to keep pace with some phantom standard, but because the practice itself sharpens the instrument. The more I do, the more I can do.
