  "map_content": "White sugar should be illegal\r\n\r\nEspecially for children\r\n\r\nNot even as a treat\r\n\r\nSure I'm all for sweet things\r\n\r\nLet the children eat:\r\n\r\nHoney\r\nFruit/dried fruit\r\nMaple syrup\r\nCoconut sugar\r\n\r\nThe white sugar molecule though\r\n\r\nCompletely ruins the body's own hormone stability \r\n\r\nFor a child they are over stimulated \r\n\r\nThen after the high\r\n\r\nThey crave that dump of massive sensation again\r\n\r\nLike a drug addict\r\n\r\nNo different \r\n\r\nIt's legal but not fit for human consumption.\r\n\r\nNo way possible to recreate the white sugar molecule without an industrial factory process \r\n\r\nNote : it's a very difficult drug to stop taking \r\n\r\nEven as an adult\r\n\r\nIt's in nearly all food at the supermarket and restaurants \r\n\r\nWhen we are under stress \r\n\r\nit seems to be the first thing we grab to numb and escape those uncomfortabe feelings\r\n\r\nAdults will have to uncover some deeper layers of why they can't put the sugar down\r\n\r\nThat's another topic\r\n\r\nLeave the children out of it in the first place. \r\n\r\nThere are other options than to feed them ice cream and lollies as 'treats'",
