  "map_content": "I had used Aloe Vera for many years mainly for a smoother skin and for sunburns. I had also given leaves to teenagers that had issues with acne.\r\nThen I met a close family member that had spent a ton of money to buy some bottles of drinkable Aloe Vera and thought \"I have to find out what makes that Aloe so special\".\r\nI figured out that it was a specific variety of Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis Miller) that is safe for consumption if followed a specific process.\r\n\r\nMost important is to recognize the specific variety: yellow flowers (which is a strong indicator) and the roset formation of its leaves.\r\n\r\nAfter that, make sure that you rinse of all the Aloin which is the yellow/brownish latex (outer gel) that appears straight after you cut the leave as this is very laxative (which can be also useful in some cases).\r\n\r\nI rinse the end product, the 1 cm cubes, several times with clear water to be sure that none of that outer gel remains on them.\r\n\r\nKnowing what Aloe does on your skin, just imagine what Aloe does when consumed. In my opinion: tatally safe!",
