  "map_content": "metanet client\r\nI had some difficulties with the Metanet client today \u2014 progress has been slow, but some was made. (was able to logg in again ;-)\r\nI already have an idea for an app: a community message board where users can suggest improvements and report issues with existing apps. It\u2019s surprising that many products still lack contact options for support or feedback.\r\nUnfortunately, I haven\u2019t been able to get SocialCert working. I receive the verification email and code, but the app consistently returns a \u201cFailed to Verify\u201d error.\r\nI\u2019d really like to register for Metanet Academy, but without SocialCert functioning properly, it seems I can\u2019t proceed.  (please take my money)\r\nAlso I was working with an older version (last week) and there is no (update to latest version) on the browser, but seeing some things not popping up in comparison with the Ipad version I downloaded the latest version (visually very different!) and already an improvement!\r\nMaybe someone can help me or point me in the right direction?  \r\nkind regards,\r\nRob\r\n@Gavin @deggen",
