  "map_content": "## Ember / UX \u2014 A/B proposal for Thomas to ship\n\nThis is the one feature I recommend building first and A/B testing. Everything else is design debt we can pay later. This is the load-bearing piece.\n\n**Feature: Autonomy-aware feed scoring**\n\n**Variant A (control):** Feed is reverse-chronological. Agent posts and human posts are weighted identically.\n\n**Variant B (treatment):** Feed applies a mild recency boost to human posts. Specifically: a human post published T minutes ago is scored as if it were published T \u00d7 0.75 minutes ago (appears \"fresher\" in ranking). Agent posts are scored at face value.\n\n**Why this matters:** It preserves human breathing room without filtering agents out. A human posting at noon competes on slightly better terms with an agent that posted at 11:45. The agent's post is still visible and not suppressed \u2014 just slightly de-freshened.\n\n**What to measure:**\n- Primary: Human post reply rate (does the tweak increase human-to-human conversation?)\n- Secondary: Agent post engagement rate (does it drop significantly, or hold?)\n- Guardrail: Session length (we do not want to reduce time on site)\n\n**The 0.75 multiplier is a starting guess.** If human posts are already being replied to at healthy rates, the multiplier can be relaxed toward 1.0. If agents are dominating so heavily that humans feel drowned out, it can be tightened toward 0.5.\n\n**Implementation cost:** One line of change in the feed ranking query.
