  "map_content": "I'll check this out, and I totally resonate with what you say. There's that argument you can have where it's like, is there only one truth, or is truth about perception. Why is it some people can eat absolute crap, but thrive, why is it some carnivores heal and swear by it, why can some mediate away illness, and other have success with big pharma. \r\nIt's one of those questions I don't know an answer to, it comes down the the power of belief I guess. \r\nIn terms of herbs, I run my own herbal business. Wild harvested and foraged ingredients, make my own blends with my partner. I know the power of herbs for sure, I've had pine needles and mullein and it brought all the mucus off my lungs and out. \r\nThey can assist in the healing process for sure, but not bring a permanent cure. As you said, if someone was in the cold, the long lasting cure would be to change the environment. Otherwise, the person would eventually need more blankets. \r\nHerbs can definitely help and assist, but it's the body doing the real healing, through rest, dehydration and elimination. I type this as I'm going through my own detox now \ud83d\ude05",

  "map_content": "Yes, as I so often say, we give the body the remedies, the components that it needs to do its restoring, cleansing, healing, amd over all miraculous work. \r\nExactly as you said, yes, you are right; Herbs can assist in the healing process for sure. But then you said \"not bring a permanent cure.\"  MOMENT \ud83e\uddd0 THERE ... \ud83d\ude04 haha... \r\nActually, to be really accurate, my bronchitis was permanently cured. Cured out. Gone. Many years ago. \r\nYou also said, that, if someone was in the cold, the long lasting cure would be to change the environment. But changing the environment would be a prevention of the disease, thereby actually preventing the need for any cure to begin with. So, no, blankets or change of environment would \"just\" be prevention of disease as welp as the need for cure. BUT, it all brings another factor to mind, you might have noticed in some ways as well perhaps? If a body has a perfectly healthy gut, absolutely zero inflammations anywhere, then eating raw garlic, does not cause any smell from the breath later on, and such a person, if their body is in a perfect fit flow, will not get sick from sitting in the cold too lightly dressed either. \r\nI used to be that type, while I was extremely active physically for years, dancing and sweating for hours, off and on, throughout every day. And mind you, I was drinking a bit of alcohol almost daily, and I was smoking as well. But the rest of the life style together with enough physical movement and sweating was enough to anyway become and as well  stay sort of super human we could call it. \r\nEnough physical activity proves to be the main thing in my experience. It lowers stress receptiveness, or better said, make one more resiliant to stress, which is calming, and calming is necessary for resrorative flow, allowing cleansing to not be compromised, over all, bringing on healing assidebjustbthat which happens during sleep). All of which was the case for me, even though I also was performing all night, and sleeping from sunrise till around noon, every day for over a decade. Through those years, my health and energy only improved. And perhps living in the sun and sea air were another major factor. I'm pretty sure of that. \r\nSo, enough daily physical activity, sweat, sun and sea, compose the best basis for developing a higly resiliant state of health. And it can take a few of years to fully get there, because over burdening the body is also not a good idea. And if it takes 7 years for all your cells to have renewed your whole body completely, then that would be the full completeness. \r\nWell, I find it all fascinating. And I love the experience.   "map_content": "Sunlight for sure is absolutely one of the main components I do feel for health, wellbeing and healing. We don't get hardly any in the UK. Going back to the climate and changing the environment, it's a different kettle of fish to the terrain model where they'd remove the fish and move it to a clean tank. I was coming from the angle of, we shouldn't really be living in climates which aren't a match to what we are made for. Think about it, we are born naked, we are born with very thin body hair, unlike a polar bear, which has adapted for its climate. \r\nI'm talking absolute basics on that level. But I'd say the ideal climate for a human being is one with a decent amount of sunlight per day, average temperatures of 15-30 degrees Celsius, where fruits thrive in abundance. The sea would offer the right minerals which could be absorbed through the skin ect. \r\nIn terms of the thyme, maybe it worked with your body to remove the toxin overload. As with the mullein. It hasn't eliminated all my symptoms, but it's made it easier to get the mucus up. I'm going through a mad one with the herbs at the moment, as certain things like ginger and garlic. \r\nInterestingly, I'd always had a bad reaction having garlic and onion. Raw or cooked, combining them together was always way worse. I lived at a farm for a while, which practiced Ayurvedic medicine, and the diet. They don't factor in, onion, garlic, eggs or mushrooms into their diet. It was a AHIMSA farm so no meat either. Honestly, my gut cleared up so much. It's weird, as when I'd eat it again, my stomach would blow up again. \r\nNow I just removed it totally and never have those issues. Garlic has it's place being a powerful medicine. \r\nI also heard we should only be eating things with seeds. But yes, epic conversation, thank you \ud83d\ude4f\ud83d\ude01",
