  "map_content": "Well im going to try to write at least one sentence aiming to assist others and not turning everything into a self therapy session. Which i allways allways do.\r\nYes maybe others find themselves unable to participate in group situations in a stereotypically somewhat normal manner as opposed to displaying behaviour like i do such as if with company taking up the vast majority of the social situation by attempting to give unsolisited help of sorts.\r\nI have found that because of the extreme\r\nsuppression of negativaty in myself  , and\r\ntrying to live in an un natural manner, forcing yourself to behave in practically impossible ways considering my  limitations   limiting factors and then virtually forcing yourself to somehow behave in a manner or achieve stuff that is unrealistic.\r\nAnd then this suppression eventually cannot be maintained by me anyway.\r\nAnd spills over into social situations where its not really fair on the other people around me.\r\nThat is why in theory aa meetings and na meetings exist. \r\nMaybe i should reconsider and start attending these meetings again. Instead of  what they call \"white knuckling\"  and giving unsolisited lectures in inappropriate social situations.  Maybe i should let my negativety spill over into the meetings.\r\nAnd then when i come back to treechat it wont all spill out here.\r\nWell the aim of this last few sentences is to try to explain how i have come to understand management of severe mental illness.\r\nAnd maybe someone reading this could even gain a small insight into this type of stuff.\r\nThe reason is i know from experience, that things sometimes get so bad that one literaly does not know what is going on and enters a state of intense and continuous panic",
