"map_content": "I'm writing a book about it, but in a nutshell it's all about observing and evaluating our own mind the same way we observe and evaluate others. Learning to differentiate between the loud voices of the mind and the lone voice of the soul is essential. The most simple and effective way to achieve this is to voluntarily put yourself in a stress position for a predetermined amount of time. Sitting still with legs crossed will do. Kneeling is another great option. At some point the body-mind-complex (the ego) will start doing everything it can to make you get out of the stress position. This allows you to clearly identify the voices of the mind: they say \"sure, we decided to do this, BUT this is already enough. This could be harmful, there could be irreparable damage etc etc\". The soul of the voice, on the other hand, will insist on KEEPING THE PROMISE YOU GAVE TO YOURSELF (finishing the challenge). Every time you sit through whatever pain, fear and doubt the body-mind-complex throws at you, you win a battle and strengthen the soul. I call this Soul-building",
