Recreating a womb space\u00a0\u00a0in which to be nurtured and recharged.   "map_content": "Wow, I\u2019m not sure a dark cave-like space is my idea of being most restful, I tend to rest when I\u2019m in flow, rather than doing nothing, but I can understand why others would seek it out. My mountain is actually just a large hill. Everything\u2019s on a smaller scale in the UK. I think I made the animation from an image I made\u2026 struggling to remember now. My book is called The Bitcoin Singularity, and you can find it on Amazon and Apple Books and Barnes & Noble, etc. I self-published as I figured that would be the quickest route to market, which was important as it\u2019s about AI and Bitcoin, and so the story will quickly become out of date. It is set in the near future of 2026. \r\nThis is a good place. You can feel it from the moment you step in can\u2019t you\u2026quite a different vibe from everywhere else on the internet. I made my walking song into a song and video\u2026 because this is the sort of frivolously playful activity I like to do of a weekend. Hope you enjoy!   "map_content": "the darkroom chamber is just a continuation of sleeping with eyes closed and the rest that brings. The biology relates to the pineal gland involved in the circadian rhythms secreting seratonin and melatonin to induce sleep and the dream state from the darkness of closing our eyes, aided by the darkness of the night, which is further aided by shelter, shutters and being under blankets.  If the conditions of total darkness are extended past the day/night cycle then the pineal gland keeps secreting the seratonin and melanin until the body is saturated at which point it naturally synthesises another molecule to the equation  which makes it into pinoline which is a chemical that our pineal gland is flooding  our body with while we are in the womb (and stops as soon as we are born) and also at the moment of death. It only takes about 2-3 days of total darkness for the first tiny traces of pinoline to appear. Pinoline is the precursor to the precursor of DMT which slowly synthesises from extending time in the dark.",
