  "map_content": "I live in the north.  Not arctic north but Canada north.  Actually, it\u2019s Deep South Canada.  Like I\u2019m almost below the US border.   Same kind of Latitude as Paris or Nuremberg\u2026 not tropical at any rate. \r\nSo in the winter we bring the orange trees inside!!!  We got a couple of young calamundi trees this past spring and they have been delighting us ever since. \r\nFirst we\u2019ve had the exquisiteness of citrus blossoms in our home.  If you haven\u2019t\u2026. You must\u2026.. such a delicate yet persistent aroma.  And they yielded a bumper crop of decadently aromatic little fruits.  \r\nCalamansi is one of our fave citrus in this fusion-oriented culinary family and it\u2019s nice to finally have some of our own.  I did not expect them to be so resinous!!  Sticky residue all over the floor and windowsill.. wow!! \r\nIn the winter, here on Vancouver Island we are still a little too far away from the sun this far north\u2026 but these beauties are still giving us a bounty.   Now that solstice is here, my hope is that they hang on and ripen up a little. \r\nGreen green green but a couple have started to yellow.     Have you got any favorite calamansi recipes?",
