The spirit of generosity pays forward everything first.\u00a0\u00a0I\u2019ve got a busy day so I\u2019ll cut this short but I just wanna say that my meditation teacher has a 5 star darkroom meditation chamber to recreate the environment of the ancient catacombs and caves used for tapping into the inner light and accessing the heavenly energies - from a position of being grounded and free from the distractions of light, sight, sound and worldly obligations etc. Nothing to do but relax and let go. Recreating a womb space\u00a0\u00a0in which to be nurtured and recharged.
