The highlighted part is the data payload. And while I haven't seen the code for the widget that was developed at BSV hackathon - the only part of any transaction that can be encrypted would be the data payload because all of the other parts must be unencrypted in order for the blockchain to be able to validate it. \r\n\r\np.s. all transactions will have a raw hex form like this.
