  "map_content": "Anyone ever try eating Japanese Knotweed(Reynoutria Japonica)?  I\u2019m pretty sure this shoot is it.   It\u2019s an incredibly invasive weed in these parts and can choke out almost anything.  \r\nBut I\u2019ve heard it\u2019s edible.  And not only that delectable as well.   \r\nIt\u2019s wild seeing that some plants that are weeds in my world are important foods in others.    Thinking of Burdock and Plantain off the top of my head.  \r\nI like to try eating the wild plants around me.  It keeps me connected to a different rhythm than what a grocery store can offer.   \r\nAnd it\u2019s valuable knowledge to have if grocery stores are not an option right?",
