  "map_content": "THE ART OF HEALING AND THE CAUSE OF DISEASE\r\n\r\nDISCLAIMER: I do not claim to be a Doctor and I am not giving medical advice, this post is designed to give you an alternative perspective to the mainstream views and doctrine views of medicine, cures, illness and dis-ease. I will admit it was quite a struggle to find information that was opposing conventional views (I wonder why).  \r\n\r\nThis will be quite a long post and there will be a lot of information here, as well as links which you can check out afterwards. I urge you all to do your own research, and come to your own conclusions. I intend to view this from a range of different angles; spiritually, logically, emotionally, rationally and scientifically. \r\n\r\nFirstly, I will start with how I got to this conclusion, through first hand personal experience... As well as experiments that I conducted and observation. Then I will go into detail about my recent findings and evidence. \r\n\r\nAround two weeks ago I found myself being in the company of someone who was very \u2018ill\u2019 \u2013 Running rose, phlegm and mucus, chesty cough and loss of appetite and energy. I shared drinks with this person and remained in the same room and proximity as them for 4 days. Not once did I get what they had, this baffled me as I\u2019d always believed that germs and bacteria can be passed on through the air. Even as a child I remember my grandparents telling us not to visit as they had the cold and didn\u2019t want to pass it on. \r\n\r\nNow, this could have been a fluke\u2026 However, I tried this again by accident actually, I was then around someone who had a sickness bug \u2013 vomiting, diarrhea, fever. I was in the same environment as them before and after they become sick. Yet again, I had no symptoms of illness. With the current situation many people may be questioning if, I myself, am a carrier for this\u2026 However, I can prove just how wrong this is and how indoctrinated we have become of these controversial ideas. \r\n\r\nFOUR BODY SYSTEMS \r\n\r\nI have spoken about the four body systems before and how being at dis-ease can cause disease to manifest within the physical body. The metaphysical meanings are something I still need to do further research on, however I have many examples where this again has been proven to be a contributing factor to illness and dis-ease. \r\n(Please see attached infographic) \r\n\r\nBETTER & WELL \r\n\r\nYou hear the phrase; this will make you feel better, or this will make you better. However, you never seem to hear, this will make you well. There is a different between BETTER and WELL. Better is a term that has been coined by doctors and medical \u2018professionals\u2019 for decades. It is simply a Band-Aid approach to healing, making you better by means of medication, surgeries, drugs or synthetic substances is not a \u2018cure\u2019 and it will not make you well. It may ease pain or reduce symptoms, but it will not make you well. There is a cure for diabetes, however the pharmaceutical industry will only give you medication (Synthetic Insulin) to make you feel better \u2013 Or what I will outspokenly say, prolong your life just that little bit longer. \r\n\r\nThe truth of the matter is, no one wants to get well. They just want to get better, and better is a quick fix, a masking of their dis-ease or illness with little to no attempt at resolving the problem at hand. \r\n\r\nThis is why we are a sick society, and we will always chase a cure. \r\n\r\nDuring my experience with not becoming ill, information was presented to me \u2013 Intuitively some may say or divinely guided. Ways in which I don\u2019t have an explanation for unfortunately, however I stumbled upon the germ and terrain theory once again. This time, I have first-hand experience and I wanted to know more. \r\n\r\n\u2026 and here I present to you, \r\n\r\nTOXEMIA \r\n\r\nToxemia is the cause of all so-called diseases.\r\n\r\nToxemia occurs when the body is poisoned, this could be from a variety of things but it starts inside the body of the person who is creating the toxic environment. Disease comes from the inside out and the acid environment of the body is the catalyst for the development and progression of all disease. There are other contributing factors from external circumstances: trauma, airborne microforms, air pollution, radiation, chemicals and drugs which all provide acidic impressions.\r\n\r\nThe Body will start to give signs that its internal environment is becoming toxic, the early warning signs may be headaches, allergies, sinus problems, colds and flu. Instead of understanding why our bodies are causing us to feel pain, discomfort or irritability we mask these warning signals with painkillers \u2013 These just suppress the pain and prolong the original issues. \r\n\r\nHow often do people observe the environments they live and work in, and the people within these environments; \r\n\r\n\u2022 Are you often stressed or anxious?\r\n\u2022 Is your home a relaxing environment?\r\n\u2022 Do you enjoy your job, school, college or university?\r\n\u2022 How often do you take time off? \r\n\u2022 Is your boss or teacher considerate of your mental health and wellbeing?\r\n\u2022 Or you overworked, feeling undervalued? \r\n\r\nTHE ANSWERS ARE WITHIN \r\n\r\nWe have been conditioned to believe that everything is outside of ourselves, if we become ill it\u2019s because someone else has made us ill, and a doctor will be able to \u2018give us a cure\u2019. This is far from the truth and our attitudes have enabled us to go about our day-to-day lives oblivious to the fact that we have to take responsibility for our own health, wellness and wellbeing. \r\n\r\nThe physical body needs to be nurtured and maintained, just like a car needs to be serviced and filled with fuel to enable it to function correctly. How often do people evaluate and observe their diet and eating habits? \r\n\r\nThese seem to only be viewed at the start of each year, when people make a promise to themselves to diet, exercise more or eat healthier, unfortunately this doesn\u2019t last very long and we are quick to return to our usual eating habits. \r\n\r\nHow often do you;\r\n\r\n\u2022 Exercise \r\n\u2022 Drink Water\r\n\u2022 Eat Fruit and Vegetables (Preferably Raw) \r\n\u2022 Eat Meat, Dairy, Sweets, Chocolate and Processed foods, order takeout. \r\n\r\nIt\u2019s rare that we address or review our health and eating habits until we have gained more weight, lost weight, developed a health condition or the skin has started to age or break out. \r\n\r\nSKIN HEALTH \r\n\r\nMany people are unaware that the skin is the most porous organ on the human body, and whatever you put onto your skin is absorbed and can reach the blood stream despite what many \u2018doctors\u2019 say.\r\n\r\nThere are areas of your body where we use beauty products; \r\n\r\n\u2022 Hands\r\n\u2022 Face\r\n\u2022 Nails\r\n\u2022 Scalp \r\n\u2022 Feet\r\n\u2022 Skin\r\n\u2022 Arm Pits\r\n\u2022 Intimate Areas\r\n\r\nWe mindlessly use the latest shampoo and conditioner that promises to give you shiny, long luxurious beautiful hair because the celebrity endorsed adverts make it look so incredible. Even though we just tried the brand new Herbal Essences shampoo and Conditioner two months ago. We are bombarded by adverts promoting the latest trend is skin and beauty products, yet have absolutely no awareness of their contents. \r\n\r\nThe average person uses at least five products a day on their skin; \r\n\r\n\u2022 Face Serum/ Face Wash / Face Oil / Face Cream / Cleanser / Toner \r\n\u2022 Body Moisturizer / Tanning Agents \r\n\u2022 Deodorant / Perfumes \r\n\u2022 Shampoo & Conditioner / Hair Masks\r\n\u2022 Shower Gel, Bubble Bath / Bath Bombs\r\n\u2022 Hairspray / Hair Wax / Hair Gel / Hair Oil \r\n\u2022 Tooth Paste/Mouth Wash\r\n\u2022 Makeup / Lipstick / Foundation / Bronzer / Blusher / Mascara / Eye Liner \r\n\r\n(Please refer to infographic) \r\n\r\nWe are poisoning our bodies on a daily basis without even realising, not just through our diets, but our mental health and the information and energy consumed through digital screen time and through our skin care products \u2013 Designed to keep us clean and looking youthful. Additionally, to these poisons we also have the chemicals which our household products contain and the materials which our clothing is made from. \r\n\r\nIf you\u2019ve made it this far and you\u2019re still reading then you may be feeling a little helpless and lost. After all, we are and have been bombarded with chemicals since birth and all of our \u2018understandings of health, beauty, wellbeing and cleanliness\u2019 are not only outdated but harmful. \r\n\r\nI will get onto some positive points towards the end, but back to TOXEMIA. \r\n\r\nBelow are a few bullet points of how the body can become toxic;\r\n\r\n\u2022 Poor Mental Health (Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Lack of Social Interaction can weaken the immune system)\r\n\u2022 Excessive Screen time (Facebook, Instagram, Films, Video Games)\r\n\u2022 High Acidic Diet (Sugary Drinks, Alcohol, Chocolate and Sweets, Meat) \r\n\u2022 EMF and Radiation Poisoning (Mobile Phones, Cellphone Towers, Microwaves) \r\n\u2022 Chemicals from Cleaning Products (Washing up Liquid, Laundry Detergent, Bleach)\r\n\u2022 Heavy Metals (Mercury Fillings, Lead, Aluminum) \r\n\r\nOur body detoxes through the skin, liver, gut, kidneys, lungs and lymph nodes \u2013 which is why deodorant containing aluminum is so toxic. We are blocking our bodies from detoxifying by filling it with excess toxins, which in turn are re-absorbed back into the skin. \r\n\r\n\u2022 Skin - Sweating expels toxins through the skin and lymph nodes. Detoxification the body leads to beautiful, glowing skin.\r\n \r\n\u2022 Liver - The liver plays a major role in detoxification by preparing toxins to be expelled as urine or as bile.\r\n\r\n\u2022 The Gut - A healthy gut is crucial for properly getting rid of toxins, otherwise, toxins may be reabsorbed through the intestines.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Kidneys - Our kidneys filter our blood, diverting waste to the bladder to be expelled as urine.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Lungs - The lungs bring in oxygen into the bloodstream while dispelling carbon dioxide out of the body. \r\n\r\nHEAVY METALS\r\n\r\nHeavy metals are surprisingly in many of our day-to-day products and foods and we haven\u2019t even got an awareness of it, or maybe we have yet we would rather remain ignorant. Most of us have had a mercury filling, or know someone who has\u2026 but do we ever stop to question what it is we are allowing someone else to put into our bodies?\r\n\r\nHeavy metals enter our bodies in three ways;\r\n\r\n\u2022 Inhalation - The air we breathe is polluted with heavy metals due to human activities and natural phenomena. Motor vehicles also emit airborne heavy metals. People working in factories, mines, industrial areas, paper-processing plants and nuclear power stations are especially susceptible to airborne heavy metals.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Ingestion - Eating animal and plant-based food products is the primary source of human heavy metal contamination. Consumer and industrial waste can also pollute sources of water, such as lakes, rivers and streams.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Absorption - Coming in contact with contaminated air or soil are major ways of absorbing heavy metals. The eyes and skin absorb several airborne heavy metals every day.\r\n\r\nLong-term exposure to heavy metals can prove carcinogenic over time, can severely damage the central nervous system and have fatal cardiovascular repercussions.\r\nProlonged exposure to:\r\n\r\n\u2022 Chromium and cadmium can cause lung cancer.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Lead can cause anaemia, palsy and kidney disorders.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Mercury can lead to stomatitis (gum and mouth inflammation), tremor and neurotic disorders.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Arsenic can cause hypopigmentation, diabetes and skin cancer.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Mercury \u2013 from silver, amalgam dental fillings, vaccines, fish, especially salmon and tuna, volcanic emissions. Mercury is a known neurotoxin, affecting brain function and mental health, even at very low levels.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Lead \u2013 from gasoline additives, plumbing, paint from prior to 1982, cheap jewellery. Lead is known to suppress the immune system, is associated with chronic hypertension, kidney problems and cognitive disturbances. High levels have been detected in kids diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. \r\n\r\n\u2022 Cadmium \u2013 from shellfish, cigarette smoke \u2013 the passive smoking problem, tire-steel belts. Cadmium is known to be a contributor to osteoporosis. \r\n\r\n\u2022 Arsenic \u2013 from Seafood, Herbicides, Chicken \u2013 often added to poultry feed at 6-9 times the levels considered by the Environmental Protection Agency as \u201csafe in order to create fatter chicks faster.  Arsenic is a known carcinogen, linked to liver, lung, skin, kidney, bladder and prostate cancers, as well as diabetes, heart health, brain function, digestive issues and autoimmune diseases. \r\n\r\n\u2022 Aluminium \u2013 from deodorants, over the counter antacids, cooking utensils and cookware, food such as anti-caking agents, and conventional baking powder. When municipal tap water is purified, it comes into contact with aluminium filters during the last stages of the process. Interestingly I heard that those cities with the highest aluminium levels in their water have the highest rates of Alzheimer\u2019s. Other adverse effects of excessive exposure to aluminium include dementia, hyperactivity and learning disorders. \r\n\r\nADDITIONAL NOTES \r\n\r\nAlong with the physical poisons which highly contribute to our ill-being, the emotional, mental and spiritual body also need to be maintained. Past Trauma can contribute to someone\u2019s illness or dis-ease, prolonged anger, jealously, rage or upset can all cause the cells in our bodies to become toxic and cause a dis-ease within the body which can turn cells cancerous. If we aren\u2019t aware of how our thoughts are impacting our daily lives then we are already half way to causing dis-ease within our bodies. Our words are more powerful than we are aware of, this again is a topic for another story before I risk turning this into a novel. \r\n\r\n(Please see attached video of experiment of plants with negative and positive thoughts) \r\n\r\nAN ENDING TO BEGIN \r\n\r\nInstead of being quick to rush for the latest cure via a vaccine, antibiotic or other synthetic drug why not take the time to understand your body, and take a look at your daily routine, diet and what you are consuming both mentally, spiritually, emotionally and physically. \r\n\r\nSince a virus has never to this day being proven to exist and hasn\u2019t ever been isolated, I would highly recommend taking your health into your own hands, instead of putting your entire trust into the hands of someone who knows absolutely nothing about you, your history or your body. \r\n\r\nIt is overwhelming to see people who are classed as \u2018highly vulnerable\u2019  hastening to take a man-made synthetic cocktail of poisons to \u2018protect\u2019 them from something that hasn\u2019t yet being proven to exist. Yet, they won\u2019t take the time to evaluate their own health and wellbeing, their daily choices and attitudes on their wellbeing. Most people with underlying health conditions are un-interested in making themselves well, disinterested by the thought of acknowledging that they are the ones that made themselves sick in the first place. \r\n\r\n*Eating processed foods, smoking, vaping, taking antibiotics, synthetic drugs, not getting enough sleep, anxiety, depression, using harmful cleaning products, using toxic skin care products, eating high acidic foods and drinking fizzy drinks, energy drinks or consuming sugar, chocolate, sweets and excessive meat and dairy products are all making your body toxic. \r\n\r\nNo one else is to blame for your own ignorance and ability to acknowledge that you are poisoning yourself, yet it will be someone else to blame when you fall ill. Someone who is looking after their health and wellbeing who hasn\u2019t had a synthetic poison put into their system that will be to blame for your body going into toxic shock. There is 0 logic when it comes to the indoctrinated minds of the people. \r\n\r\n\u201cBlame doesn't empower you. It keeps you stuck in a place you don't want to be because you don't want to make the temporary, but painful decision, to be responsible for the outcome of your own life's happiness.\u201d  \u2015 Shannon L. Alder\r\n\r\nHEALTH, LOVE & SOMETHING POSITIVE \r\n\r\nI promised you that I would write something positive or uplifting to balance the scales of this sickness. Eating healthy and organic is expensive, its time consuming and an annoyance to have to constantly read the labels of every product you go to buy. \r\n\r\nHowever, there is a more simple way\u2026 Less is more, and I have found that shopping at local health stores, putting money into the pockets of local people and trusting in my own guidance and my own logic when it comes to food, diet, products and exercise is the best way forwards. \r\n\r\nDecades and Decades of lies, deceit and pharmaceuticals profiting off the minds of people they once numbed with more degenerate tales or fear and disaster and we are finally seeing the light. \r\n\r\nHere are a few ways that you can become physically stronger, heathier and connected;\r\n\r\n- Try Intermittent fasting\r\n- Raw Vegan Diets\r\n- 100% Organic and Natural Products (Even try making them, I have made my own soaps and deodorants, even a hand wash and a washing up liquid. There are plenty of videos on YouTube regarding this) \r\n- Educate yourself \r\n- Look into herbal remedies & Foraged foods\r\n- Keep your immune system up\r\n- Detox your body a few times a year\r\n- Replenish lost Minerals\r\n\r\nTaking responsibility for your own health and wellbeing is empowering and necessary especially during these times. There are thousands of people out there who share your beliefs and opinions, maybe try joining some groups online. \r\n\r\nI have personally began detoxing my body from heavy metals, childhood vaccines and all the processed foods that I have eaten over the years. I am also looking further into eating a RAW Diet and drinking alkaline rich water. Everything is possible, if you believe it is\u2026 Take small steps, nothing is a race and each person is different. \r\n\r\nI haven\u2019t been ill in over a year and with this new found awareness, I will continue to educate myself and be more aware of what I am putting onto and into my body.",

My ideas have changed around 'parasites' and even herbal remedies. \r\n\r\nFor me parasites seem to eat heavy metals and toxic burnder. So why are we eliminating them, and not the actual root cause of why we have so much of the toxic overload. When we kill the parasites, we kill off everything they have started processing which is further released back into the bloodstream. \r\nAs for herbs, they aren't a cure. They are an alleviation method, for people who have very strong Toxemia symptoms. \r\nIt's the same as all these vitamins and minerals, it's funny how there's an a-z list. Yet if you were to go to a remote island and meet people who'd never even heard of vitamin C they'd look at you gone out. It's another ploy to sell us crap. \r\nAdding more is always the wrong thing to do",
