  "map_content": "I love my mediterranean diet.\r\nIt can be a bit spicy because they use a lot of herbs.\r\nWe ate no processed food for thousands of years , i believe processed food is the worst you can eat.\r\nI grew up with my grandparents who grow most of their food themselves.\r\nThey lived the 2 worldworlds , grandma lived to 94 and grandpa to 82.\r\nThey ate mostly meat like once a week because they didn't like to buy food.\r\nMaybe people from that period where extremely healthy because there was litlle poison in the enviroment until they were already like 50 years.\r\nThey were born around 1910.",
