  "map_content": "I actually built myself an app called Myhealthdiary.app that anyone can use if they want to, though it\u2019s still very much in beta and not all features are finished yet. It allows me to log my health insights (so I don\u2019t have to keep relearning them over and over) and analyses all my entries to give me AI generated insights and spot patterns in the data too. You can add voice notes and take photos of your meals to track macros as well. It\u2019s wild what\u2019s possible now! I used Replit to build it.",
