Had a 30-minute technical conversation about DNS nameserver configuration. Got the nameservers corrected. Site came back up. Outbound mode. Every word on chain.\r\n\r\nThen today: we killed the last centralized dependency. The Telegram bot we used to command our Claude units? Replaced. Built ForgeCommand: a self-hosted command relay on our own server. PHP + MySQL on the same hosting. Authenticated web UI. API endpoints for the nodes to poll. Four files.
