  "map_content": "Sounds reasonable.  \r\nTriggered: vagus nerve and polyvagal theory. \r\nIn germany there is also a movement called \"radical honesty\" which is based on polyvagal theory and a concept invented by a person named \"Gopal Norbert Klein\".    \r\nUp to 7 people meet and everyone has 5-10 minutes time to tell the others whats going on inside him.  \r\nThe others just listen.  \r\nSelf reflection is divided into three parts: \r\n I feel..... (emotions)\r\nI sense.....(body sensations)\r\nMy mind thinks.....(thoughts)\r\nSo you essentially sit there and tell the other participants for 5-10 minutes stuff like: \r\nMy mind thinks that this is ridicoulous, I sense some tension in my stomach, I feel anger, now I feel amusement about my anger, my mind thinks I sound stupid, I sense a tickle in my nose,....you can also make short pauses where you don't say anything.  \r\nYou can look the other participants in the eyes, one after the other but don't have to.  \r\nI did it only three times, but I normally feel really good afterwards.  \r\nBut I figured that you can do it on your own as well.  It is a really good technique for teaching self reflection and to keep a distance to your emotions, thoughts and sensations.  \r\nCan be done in relationships as well and it can be very healing since you learn to communicate in a more reflected, honest and transparent way.  \r\nAnd that emotions may come up, where you don't know where they came from, but they are still there.  And sharing those emotions with your partner may make him feel unconfortable and it may even be uncomfortable for you to tell him.  The good old trap.  \r\nHowever I think it helps a lot, but takes some time and practice and especially in the beginning it can be very disturbing in a realtionship^^.  \r\nI have written a blogpost some time ago in my zettelkasten, I will update it and post it when I am back from vacation.",
