  "map_content": "I believe when they start to flower it\u2019s time to pull them up to eat. All the plant energy will go to the flower first and then to the seed production. You should try and leave one or two and let them flower and the seed. I would try a collect the seed(just for the experience of it.) it took me a long time to recognize the sycamore seeds and then to figure out how to spout them.",
