And as one slowly sifts through all distractions background noise, holidays societal norms, peer pressure, legal limitations workplace limiting factors we capitalize on the holiday period and thats when we begin our year actually we began 2026 at least fide days before christmas.  And brainstorm but i prefer to call it a slow sift\r\nNot rushing,  our mental slow sift process is continuously running. It provides us with a constant grounding , stable  , focus, regularity, and  unless you forget this slow sift theory you can leave the process dormant in your mind and activate if overwhelmed ,panicing and are in need of a quick solution.   Its ok to stop mid sentence. Who wants to deal with nightmare scenarios before new years eve . Not me not you.  So this is where we we can make incremental progress  in our mindstates.  Yes let the managers take care of it.  And after  the most plausible worst case scenarios are defined and prepared for then one may implement and decide apon actions to avoid them and deal with them not in a haphazard knee jerk reaction way but  what seperates the survivors and achievers from the quitters and ones who become defeated. And the mere act of picking oneself up from personal tragedies can be a defining point in in realizing their potential for their workplace success. But the most important point fostering this when stuff gets real bad thats when we seizr the initiative to fight the battle on our terms with the element of surprise as no one  anticipates such resilience in the worrst times in this chaotic world and that is where the slow sift mental process provides a constant recalibration point as rushing, reacting on impulse, fear , confusion are taken out of the picture and reducing the mental pace and practicing a routine procedure  when doubt  weakness fear confusion often strike and when we need to perfom at our best due to the need to not make a bad situation worse. But the most probable possible bad scenarios should be defined and planned for. Then one can dwell at their lesuire on all other somewhat probable  scenarios to be avoided and action plans to avoid them.  And the crux of the matter. Dont let bad times get you too down for too long. Dont leave it till they happen to work out game plan.    Example when shit gets bad i start obseesing over BSV.  Why not? It works for me and i like it so its easy. But at the time im falling to pieces i or anyone sometimes doubts their capacity to pick them selves up.  And it pays to have a tegular go to activity that you are happy with and works for you.   So  i tepeat.\r\n\r\n\r\nWhen shot gets bad pick yourself ****** up!  And go to your tried and tested battle protocol. \r\n And over the course of years when competing, long stretches of stagnation  as a result of poor tough times  dealing with shit and quickly implemeting the procedure that you have tested and works for you and do it again and turn these crapy times into your most productive work periods. And the slow sift alows for sifting the negative  influences sometimes intentionally from people towards you  and being able to time and time again prioritize and focus on what matters, so you can start early and implement avoiding these things you havnt left to chance but forecasted and spent some time on so you can attack fiercly in a seemingly fearless manner. Because youve got down to a detailed science.  And accepting the possibility of a bad outcome may actually help work towards avoiding it all together. And yeah slowly over the years working on christmas, new years provides you with truue piece of mind  because you know your ahead of the competition.  And in this day and age the very breakthrogh you could be hoping for can come at these times when the other guys are out partying or not focusing on the continous slow sift which makes prioritization routine.  And understanding your  priorities  enables you to  construct a better plan to compete succesfully and  it sucks to be un prepared, caught off guard and defeated by a insignificant event .
