  "map_content": "Don't send any crypto/ BSV to Ramp from an exchange ! !\r\nI lost 3 BNB when sending from MEXC to Ramp \r\nBarclays Bank blocked any transactions related to crypto and Ramp sent my failed BNB transactions destined for Barclays Bank back to MEXC (now a popular BSV exchange) \r\nAlthough I provided Ramp with my MEXC BNB deposit address at the time of transaction Ramps automated system sent the failed transactions back to the MEXC BNB Pool (exchanges send from their Pools)\r\nMEXC identified the three transactions but refused to return the BNB to my account unless Ramp provided basic information to MEXC about the transactions\r\nRamp refuse to communicate directly with any exchange !\r\nMEXC refuse to refund without Ramp confirmation !\r\nThis was about 8 months ago \r\nRamp stopped replying to my emails and closed my account \r\nSo I lost my crypto/ money because Ramp systems are not set up correctly and they refuse to help by communicating with exchanges \r\nRamp is also an expensive way to convert, there are better options",
