"map_content": "In physics there are two concepts involved, when you want to move something from A to B. \r\nA frictional force and an adherence force. \r\nThe adherence force needs to be overcome in addition to the frictional force, to move something. \r\nOnce in motion the adherence force is gone and the frictional force is all there is left making the initital first move always the hardest. \r\nI think this can be applied to mentally processes or decisions as well. \r\nThe first move or step is always the hardest because you have to break up those old bounds which keep everything in place, no matter if physical or psychical.",
