Pink is just the tourmaline color that is similar that most people are familiar with. There would be no point in getting a $100 GIA certificate on a small tourmaline like that, but if it was over 10 ct, it might make sense. I have GIA certificates for most of my sapphires, but it's very rare to see tourmaline certificates, because most dealers can easily recognize them and they're not particularly rare unless they're large and flawless.",
