  "map_content": "True Land Ownership\r\n\r\nMany of you may not actually be aware that most jurisdictions worldwide mean that even once you've paid for your home, you do not own it. The land that it sits on is owned by the state. They can reclaim the land, with ANYTHING on it, at any time.\r\n\r\nSo, as many of you still reading may agree, the State/Crown/Governing Bodies and Corporations are run on nothing but Greed. They want power, control and  ownership of everything. As a result, we merely become inhabitants of a corrupt system, with no way out, forced into doing \"as we are told\", for fear of losing everything. \r\n\r\nWith that being said, the current system needs opposing. I do have a reasonable understanding of Common Law, Allodial Title Ownership, Adverse Possession, etc. However, I am not quite an expert. \r\n\r\nThe state/crown has millions of acres of abandoned land, buildings, sitting there. Rotting away. Meanwhile, they fund new developments which suit whatever their latest agenda may be.\r\n\r\nSo, for the future of Humanity, I hereby propose a system which leverages the Blockchain as an immutable record in order to build and store communities and sovereign beings who wish to be involved and oppose their ownership.\r\n\r\nUltimately, this will allow us to reclaim the land as communities, allowing us to build Farms, Small Towns, and essentially reduce homelessness, and other similar issues. How, you ask? We use their own 'laws' against them, but carefully.\r\n\r\nAfter successfully reclaiming the land(s), these communities will still require law and order, therefore I foresee the use of pseudonymous 'voting' systems which can also be managed by Blockchain technology, to ensure full transparency, and offer a truthful, honest method of voting for the communities choices, and future integrations.\r\n\r\nAnybody who may wish to oppose various voting decisions are welcome to migrate to another community within the same (or similar) system/framework which perhaps aligns more with their personal views/preferences. This allows more 'likeminded' people to gather together in specific communities, and prevent as many internal conflicts, whilst giving freedom to those who wish to adopt a different community.\r\n\r\n---\r\nWith that being said, I truly believe this to be possible, if done correctly. Adverse Possession Laws have been used many times previously to claim land/property. We must bear in mind, this Earth is not owned by us, instead \u2014 we are owned by the Earth. \r\n\r\nI have a plan, but I may need help. This can only work in numbers. This can potentially help to fix issued for those who are struggling, the homeless, food insecurities, inequality, discrimination, unemployment, social support, and more.\r\n\r\nI believe this to be something that could be created fairly easily. A system which is essentially a \"petition\", recorded on the Blockchain initially. An honest petition. A petition which opposes the ownership of Land controlled by the State/Crown, or greedy, corporate entities.\r\n\r\nTo put it simply, we run the petition for each plot for one year. The petition then continues to run for a further \"X\" amount of years, having the first year as the 'initial outreach/engagement phase', or 'notice phase', and the following years are the amount of years required in order to take ownership as per that specific jurisdiction (lawfully). \r\n\r\nWhen nearing the end of the lawfully required period, THEN the State/Crown is put on notice. At this stage, provided we have essentially played everything correctly, ownership can be acquired. The land is secured, and any attempts to enter will be deemed 'breaking and entering', or 'aggravated trespass'. Once possession has been granted lawfully (as per their OWN legalities state themselves), we ensure the registration of an Allodial Title. \r\n\r\nCurious to hear people's thoughts, as it's about time that \"We the People\" took back our sovereign rights, and abolished the Monarchy.",
