Sounds like speaking in code somehow. I've never heard about miso honey, so I'm guessing that it's miso AND honey? But never herd of that IN butter either. Interesting. Wondering if the fermented (miso) and the preservative (honey) could make your butter (hopefully raw) never expire!?",
