  "map_content": "A treat this morning for the kids.  One of my fave ways to use up bananas is to make what I\u2019ve been told is called \u201cScotch Oats\u201d.  Two bananas, mashed.  Crack in a couple of eggs, add vanilla and whatever spices. (I used cinnamon and nutmeg)  three cups of oats and a bit of olive oil\u2026.\r\nThen fried in butter until golden brown. Mmmmmmm.   \r\nOne of the kids favorites.",
